You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

When using Navios you agree to:

• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Not send spam or repeated unwanted messages.
• Not post fake, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Not encourage unsafe behavior on or off the water.

You are responsible for the content you post, including Crewsearch posts, Events, Knowledge posts, Forum questions and answers, comments, photos, and drawings. Navios may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All Navios features are free for every signed-in user.

Navios is a platform for sailors to connect. We do not guarantee that a crew partner, event, or piece of information will be available, accurate, or suitable for your needs.

Sailing involves real risk. You are solely responsible for your own safety, your decisions on and off the water, the condition of your equipment, your insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Navios does not verify the skill level, equipment, or qualifications of other users.
